Whether you have crashed your drone and damaged one of the motors, or there seems to be a problem affecting your live camera feed or flight controls, it’s vital to get any faults looked at swiftly before they become dangerous. Continuing to fly your drone when faulty could pose a threat to people and property within the flight area, it is also very irresponsible, and can cause further damage to your drone, which could result in a larger repair bill or your drone being ‘written off’. 

Sending us your drone is very easy, simply complete a repair request, package the drone up ensuring the gimbal is secure and take it to your local post office, once we receive your drone we’ll aim to get it repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible. Our average fix time is just 48 hours which is excellent compared to other drone repair companies, some companies will have you waiting 2-4 weeks! In our view that is unacceptable.

    We accept bank transfer, visa, masterard and amex. Credit and debit card payments are processed by Worldpay.

  • How should I package my drone?

    We always recommend a rugged box and plenty of bubble wrap inside the box. 


    Make sure it’s packaged safely as your precious drone will be handled multiple times during transit.

  • What kind of warranty can I expect?

    All of our repairs come with standard 6 months warranty for the fault we fix.
